Obituary

Albert Vincent Taylor was born June 12, 1936, Midland City, Alabama. He was the son of the late Mose and Hanni Morrison Taylor.

During the early years of his life, he received his formal education in the Dale County School System.

Throughout his childhood, Albert was nurtured in the Word of God. At an early age, he united with Shiloh Baptist Church in Midland and willingly served in numerous capacities.

He was united in holy matrimony to the love of his life, Annie Doris Watson. They shared a loved that endured through the years and a devotion to one another that spanned a period of 57 years. He was a committed husband and father who devoted his life to caring for the needs of his family. His love and commitment towards his family was immeasurable.

Albert was a very unique man who was full of life, outspoken but compassionate, patient and loving, generous and giving. He loved without condition and always stood ready to lend a helping hand. He will long be remembered for his kind words and deeds, and his loving spirit. In his leisure he enjoyed the outdoors and fishing.

On April 6, 2020, Albert departed this earthly life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Gussie Brooks, Bonnie Bennett, Dezi Hart, Nina Williams, Mary Alice Baxter, Katie Taylor, Jeanette Jones, J. C Curry, Harty Mae Smith, and Eddie B. Taylor.
