Annie L. Roberts was born November 17, 1946, in Albany, Georgia.  She was the beloved daughter of the late Elmire and Georgia Mae Ford Robinson.

During the early years of her life, she attended the public schools of  Dougherty County.  As a youth, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior; remained prayerful throughout life's journey; and the joy of the Lord was forever in her heart.

"Ann Lee, as she was affectionately called by family and friends, will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and favorite auntie. She selflessly  gave herself to do what was best for her children. Annie Lee encouraged them to pursue their dreams and education even though it meant leaving the nest and relocating to different parts of the country. With frequent phone calls she kept family close to her and "gently" reminded them to check on one another. Those phone calls will  be sorely missed.

On Friday, November 27, 2020, Annie was called home to eternal peace and rest. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the following siblings, her twin brother Johnnie Lee Roberts, Bobby Roberts, Raymond Roberts, Georgia Lee Johnson and Willie Bell Maxie, and two sisters she never knew who passed away at infancy  Carolyn Lee Robert, Barbara Roberts.

Precious and fond memories will forever be cherished by her children, Annette  (Edwin) Davis of Spring Valley, CA, Aaron (Taunya) Roberts of Frederick, MD, and Zachary (Leila) Roberts of Northridge, CA; siblings, Ella Mae Brown, Willie Mae McBride, Joan Haggins, Jacob Roberts, and Jake Roberts all of Albany, GA, and Louise Santos and Joe Lewis Roberts both of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Cristal Davis and Phillip Davis of Spring Valley, CA, Zoe Roberts of Northridge, CA, and Malcolm Roberts of Frederick, MD; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
