IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Annie Lee
Simmons Moore
November 1, 1932 – March 29, 2019
Annie Lee Simmons Moore was born in Baker County, Georgia on November 1, 1932. She was the beloved daughter of the late Clinton and Gussie Simmons.
At a vert early age, she accepted God's gift of salvation and became a faithful servant of the Lord. She found great solace in communing with the Lord and studying His Word.
On October 1, 1952, she was joined in holy matrimony to Squire Moore and they were blessed with loving children. Annie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who was diligent in caring for the needs of her family. She was a very meticulous homemaker; loved unconditionally; and taught her family to persevere and stick together through the trials and triumphs of life.
A joy to be around, Annie was a very genuine, kind-hearted, simplistic person who embraced life's experiences with open arms. She never met a stranger, could converse with anyone who came into her life, and felt most content with serving others. She was truly dedicated to her family and never missed an opportunity to spend quality time with them. Annie freely opened her heart and home to family and friends. Her unwavering spirit, generosity, and unconditional love will forever be remembered.
On Wednesday, March 29, 2019, Annie's earthly journey ended and she entered into eternal rest. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings, Margaret Moore, Leo Simmons, James Simmons, Morris Simmons, Paris Simmons and Booker T. Simmons.
