Obituary
Barbara Woodson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 25, 1941 to Albert and Marion (McGee) Woodson. She departed this life on December 4, 2017 in Albany, Georgia at 7:40 p.m.
Barbara was a member of the Beattie Road Church of Christ for the last three years until health issues kept her from attending.
Barbara Woodson touched many people during her lifetime both her in Albany and Philadelphia. She was a fun loving, spirited person who brought joy to many. All will remember her fondly throughout the years to come.
Barbara Woodson leaves behind two daughters and family.
Monique Perry (Lamar) and children: Anthony and Theresa Johnson, Pauline Davis, J. C. Perry, McKeal Lamar, Christopher Lamar;. Followed by many (about 15) great grandchildren.
Contanya Perry (Wade) and children: Malika-Marie D. Wade-Fallin, Hadass S. Wade, Hallikadawn O. Wade. Great-grandchildren, Miasia R. Jones and Lilyana R. Fallin.
We will all remember the lessons that momma taught us. We hope to keep her lineage strong and God fearing, a legacy to be proud of in the years to come.
