IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Caleena Louise
Green
May 12, 1982 – April 15, 2021
The season of life for Caleena Louise Green began in Camilla, Georgia on May 12, 1982. She was the beloved daughter of the George Green and the late Ola Brown.
She received her formal education in the Mitchell County School System, graduating from Mitchell-Baker High School in 2001. Caleena had a deep pining for learning and was enthusiastically overjoyed upon graduation. Throughout school, she maintained a high level of school spirit while engaging in various activities and events.
Caleena was a mild-mannered, good-hearted individual with an endless reservoir of love for family and friends. She had a spirit of sunshine, humor, and laughter that could be felt by everyone around her. Caleena was outgoing and caring, and she had a strong will to overcome any obstacle in life that was handed to her. She laughed often, felt unbridled happiness, and loved unconditionally. One of her finest qualities was gratitude. Even in the midst of challenges, she was always grateful for every good thing that came her way. She was the kind of person that anyone would be proud to call daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, or friend. She was an angel on earth who left an indelible impression on many lives. We all were beneficiaries because her enthusiasm and exuberance were contagious and memorable.
On April 15, 2021, Caleena was called home to eternal peace and rest. In addition to her loving mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher "CJ" Green.
Precious memories will forever be treasured by her father, George Green (Teresa Bell) of Baconton, GA; siblings, George (Victoria) Green and Theresa Green of Ludowici, GA, Renee Green of Helpzibah, GA, and Virginia Green of Hinesville, GA; nephews and nieces, Christopher Green, George Green, Jr., Tra'Vontae Green, Chante Green, Rhoshanda Green, Asia Marie Green, Layla Green, Naomi Green, Olivia Livingston, and Christina Livingston; and a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.
