With deep respect and loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Carolyn S. Robinson, who peacefully departed this life on August 1, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on December 5, 1938, Carolyn’s life was marked by grace, dignity, and unwavering kindness; a legacy that will endure in the hearts of all who knew her.

Carolyn’s journey spanned nearly nine decades, during which she touched lives and left an indelible mark with her warmth and integrity. Those privileged to have shared in her life remember her as a beacon of compassion and steadfastness. Though the particulars of her many contributions and endeavors are unrecorded here, her long life stands as a testament to her character and the respect she garnered from her community.

Family, friends, and all whose paths crossed with Carolyn are invited to gather in tribute and remembrance. A viewing will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Memorial Chapel, 1908 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Albany, Georgia. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Christ at Gaines Avenue, 411 Gaines Avenue, Albany, Georgia. Carolyn will be laid to rest at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery, 120 Old Pretoria Road, Albany, Georgia, to follow.

Though her passing creates a void, Carolyn S. Robinson’s memory will live on in the hearts of all she knew, a reminder of a life well-lived and fondly cherished.
