IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cedrick D.
Ingram
June 30, 1973 – August 3, 2025
The journey of life for Cedrick Duvale Ingram, Sr. began on June 30, 1973, in Albany, Georgia. He was the beloved son of the late Counce Thomas, Sr. and Doris Newsome Ingram.
He was educated in the Dougherty County School System, graduating from Westover High School in 1992. Throughout school, Cedrick
was a very inquisitive, astute student whose mind never ceased questioning; and he was actively involved in numerous school activities and
student organizations. He continued his education at Albany Technical College.
Extremely motivated, highly skilled, and intensely driven, Cedrick became a young entrepreneur alongside his brother, the late Michael
Thomas. Together they built a thriving business, Right Choice Tire Shop, where superior customer service was their #1 goal. In later years, he joined the ranks of employees at ARC of Southwest Georgia as a driver and Special Olympics coach. His employment was marked by high expectations and unquestionable integrity. Any task put before him was tackled exuberantly with a generous spirit and endless energy.
Cedrick had a variety of interests throughout his life. He enjoyed dancing, DJing, and cultivating long-lasting friendships. He was also a
proud member of PHI KAPPA ALPHA. When participating in a step show, he was unmatched with his cane twirling. Without a doubt, he was untouchable! Cedrick had a big heart and give of himself freely. He loved life; loved his family and friends; and loved his children, Cedrick Jr. and Cedricka, beyond measure. CJ and Cocoa held the lock and key to his heart.
On August 3, 2025, Cedrick transitioned from his earthly journey to eternal peace and rest. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by his siblings, Constance Wilcox, Clinton Cutliff, Jr., Glen Thomas, Marvin Thomas, Rufus Ingram, Melvin Ingram, Kenneth Ingram, Michael Thomas, Mary Alice Oliver, and Cora Mims; and his brother-in-law, Undra Chambers.
Loving memories will forever remain with his children, Cedricka C. Ingram and Cedrick Ingram, Jr.; grandchildren, Terence Banks, Jr., Kali Jackson, Kasey Ingram, Trevor Ingram, Noelle Ingram, and A'Zaih Ingram; siblings, Gloria (Ricky) Boyd, Bertha Thomas, Karen Thomas, Counce Thomas, Jr., Julia Jones, Michelle (Victor) Gaines, Cathy Ingram, and Debra Chambers; long-time friend and mother of his children, Lenora R. Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
