Darrious had a gentle smile that melted the hearts of everyone around him.  Though he never spoke a word, his voice and thoughts could always be heard.  Although his life would seem short to many, those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.  His strength and endurance helped us realize that every day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories.  He enjoyed playing with his toys, his red blanket, and kisses from his mother.  He was an angel—a gift from heaven.

Left to celebrate his short but memorable life are his parents, Gabrielle Mansfield and Daryl Cauley; six siblings, DeMarrious Mansfield, ZiNiyah Jackson, expected sister Baby Lauryn, Aladia Robinson, Saleyah Goodson, and Za-Riyah Cauley; grandparents, Robert and Sherolyn Mansfield; great grandmother, Brenda Blinstrup (Gene); aunts, Kizzy King and Buffy Hooper (Gerald); uncles, Jerry Cauley and Naconna Mansfield (Shanelle); godparents, David and Mattie Attyberry; a host of cousins and friends .
