Deacon Alfred Clifford Favors, known to many simply and affectionately as Deacon Alfred Clifford Favors, departed this life on August 22, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on March 25, 1963, his life was marked by faith, dignity, and the steady presence reflected in the title he carried.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a viewing on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Martin Luther King Memorial Chapel, 1908 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Albany, Georgia 31701.

A second viewing will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Springcreek Missionary Baptist Church, 3538 Georgia Highway 55, Leary, Georgia 39862, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the same location.

Burial will take place at Union Baptist Church Cemetery, 261 Edison Street, Morgan, Georgia 39866, on September 12, 2026.
