Dominic Alexander Hunt, son of Janice M. Hunt and David L. Jones, Jr., was born in Albany, Georgia on August 23, 1992.

He attended school in the Dougherty County School System and was active in various school functions and activities.

Often described as ambitious and a "go-getter," Dominic was a hard worker who labored untiringly in various employment ventures. No matter what the task, he always took great pride in his work.

Dominic was a very independent person who lived life to the fullest and was always determined to do things his own way. He was always quick with a joke, had an amazing sense of humor, and enjoyed making people laugh. He was passionate about his family and friends, about his work, and about his life. He will best be remembered for his generosity. When it came to giving, he would give the hat off his head, the shirt off his back, and the shoes off his feet. Dominic will be missed beyond what words can express.

On August 19, 2018, Dominic departed this earthly life. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ruby J. Johnson and Louise Jones.

He leaves fond memories to be cherished by his loving parents, Janice M. Hunt and David L. Jones, Jr.; his son, Jordon J. Ervin; siblings, Porsha M. Jones, Antonio L. Hunt, Montavious D. Hunt, and Santoria Q. Hunt all of Albany, GA; grandfather, John Henry Johnson, Sr. of Albany, GA; aunts and uncles, Jennifer R. Johnson, John Henry (Callanda) Johnson, Jr., and Corey A. Johnson of Albany, GA, and Melissa Evans of Atlanta, GA; and a host of other relatives, co-workers, and friends.
