Enrico Prez Haynes, son of the late Izell Davis, Sr. and Joyce Brooks, was born in Augusta, Georgia on August 21, 1977.

He educated in the Washington County School System, graduating from Washington County High School.   Throughout school, Enrico had a passion for learning and gained valuable technical and industrial skills that aided him in his future career.

Early in life, Enrico was nurtured in the Word of God.  In 2021, he united with Harvest Temple Faith Ministries under the leadership of Bishop James Morris and Elect-lady Jackie Morris.  Enrico dearly loved the Lord and served faithfully  in numerous capacities.

United in marriage to the love of his life, Enrico and Lachonda Douglas shared a unique journey that flourished in love, respect, and mutual support.  He was a devoted husband and stepfather who was a pillar of strength, guidance, and support.  His mechanical skills and expertise, a life-long passion for which he was widely known, enabled him to provide unconditionally for his family.  Rendering superior service was always at the forefront of his daily routine.

Enrico had a zest for life that was contagious.  He laughed often, felt unbridled happiness, and loved unreservedly.  The joy of his life was spending time with family and friends who often referred to him as a peace maker, a man of joy and laughter, and a good-hearted friend that everyone could rely on.  One of his finest qualities was gratitude.  Even in the midst of life's challenges, Enrico was always grateful for every good thing that came his way.  He will be fondly remembered for his love of music, cars, and all mankind.

On July 10, 2024, Enrico transitioned from this earthly life at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.  Although his departure leaves a void, we rejoice in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Cherished memories will forever remain with his beloved wife, Lachonda Douglas-Haynes; his stepson, Dontravious Douglas; bonus mother, Shirley Spencer; siblings, Izell Davis, Jr. (Patricia), Eric Haynes, Chris Brooks, Harold (Cynthia) Davis, Ageminea (Christina) Davis, Izell (Maggie) Davis, Izell (Brenda) Davis, Felicia Thomas, Shakelia Nelson (Quinta), Inez Elamin, Genise Pryor, Sharlene (Keith) Hickson, and Katherine (Twiggs) Wells; mother and father-in-love, Kathy Edwards and Louise (Constance) Douglas; sisters-in-law, Jasmine Edwards, Sharika Douglas, Tijuana McPhearson, Kogia Holiday, and Alexis Holiday; aunts and uncles, Marshall Haynes, Charlie Haynes, Oscar Haynes, Elmorris Haynes, Sarah (Rufus) Copeland, Floyd Thomas, Anthony (Joyce) Thomas, Julius (Sheila) Thomas, Eugene Thomas, and Marvin Reynolds; godmother, Annette Miller-Flemmings; godbrother and sister, Michael (Stephanie) and Kimberly Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
