IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Exandria Michelle
Watson-Stokes
March 20, 1979 – January 29, 2021
The season of life for Exandria Michelle Watson-Stokes began in Albany, Georgia on March 20, 1979. She was the beloved daughter of Willie and Evelyn Watson.
She received her early childhood and secondary education in the public schools of Dougherty County, including Dougherty Comprehensive High School. White at Dougherty High, she was active in numerous student organizations and activities. Believing strongly in higher education, she continued her quest for knowledge at Darton State College.
At a very early age, she accepted Christ as her Savior and united with the Blue Springs Baptist Church of Warwick, Georgia. She was a faithful servant of the Lord and remained obedient in her Christian walk throughout life's journey.
Exandria was united in holy matrimony to the love of her life, Patrick O. Stokes on April 3, 2002. Together, they embarked on a life filled with love and true devotion to each other. As a wife and mother, she was diligent in caring for the needs of her family. Exandria worked in various capacities at Sam's Club for 10 years. She was a loyal, dedicated employee who worked tirelessly to provide quality customer service and assistance.
Devoted wife, loving mother, caring daughter, committed sister, nurturing aunt, reliable cousin, and compassionate friend, Exandria had a big heart and was a pleasure to be around. She believed deeply in unconditiona love, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and delighted in helping others—never asking anything in return. Like a bright star, she had a gigantic smile that could light up a room and bring joy to everyone around her. The strong bonds of friendship that she developed through the years will forever be cherished and remembered.
On January 29, 2021, Exandria transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest and peace with the Lord.
