To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heavens." Ecclesiastes 3: 1
Frankie L. Scott was born in Albany, Georgia on July 9, 1974. He was the son of Susie Smith and the late Oliver O. Smith, Sr.
He was educated in the Dougherty County School System and was active in various school organizations and activities.
Frankie dedicated his life to God and grew to love and appreciate Him as his friend and comforter.
In 2005, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Tikila Scott and they shared 13 memorable years together. He was a dedicated and caring father who loved his children dearly.
