Glenda Diann Crump was born in Dawson, Georgia on March 1, 1954, to the late Mr. Walter Lee Vickerson and the late Mrs.Eldora Vickerson.

During the early years of her life, she received her formal education in the public schools of Terrell County.

Glenda was an advocate of hard work and being independent she begin working at an early age. Her work history includes several years of private home healthcare. Where she provided compassionate and skilled professional care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. She was attentive, reliable, and committed to meeting the unique needs of her clients. With a strong sense of empathy and understanding.

She loved cooking, sewing, and talking about the Lord. When thinking on or discussing her grandkids, Nakia and G3, her love of them filled the room. They were truly her joy.

On Sunday, May 19, 2024, Glenda face the sunset of this earthly life and transition to eternal rest and peace. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by five siblings, Lillie Ruth Murray, Lee Vickerson, Eddie Lee Vickerson, Leon Vickerson and Joyce Powell.

Loving memories will forever be cherished by her children Brenda J. Green of Orlando, Fl. and Gerard L. Sainvilus Jr. (Kidina Sainvilus) of Albany, Ga; two grand children Nakia Sainvilus and Gerard Sainvilus III , two sisters of Albany Ga, Ruby D. Sweney and Marion J. Vickerson; sister in law Vera Vickerson of Rockledge, Fl; a dear cousin Lula Dean Boyd of Augusta, Ga; two very devoted friends of 40 plus years Mrs. Jamye Ivey and Gwyn Weston; a very close friend Gerard Sainvilus Sr of Miami Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews,  cousins and extended family and friends.
