Ms. Gwendolyn D. Morris departed this life on Thursday, June 27, 2024.  Gwendolyn Diane Morris was born in Albany, Georgia on August 11,
1962. She was the loving daughter of the late Rosa Thomas and Robert Bunts.

She was educated in the Dougherty County School System, graduating from Albany High School in 1980. She continued her education at Meadows Business College where she earned an associate degree in accounting.

Very early in life, Diane accepted Christ as her personal Savior. She dearly loved the Lord and her faith and gratitude3 made her resilient; thus, enabling her to live a life full of meaning and purpose.

Diane was an extremely devoted and caring mother whose love for her children, Yastacy and Darius, was unsurpassed. She firmly believed that their birth improved her life and she put her heart, mind, soul, and energy into ensuring that they felt her unending love and devotion.
Diane's love was extended beyond her children; she was also a source of support, guidance, and encouragement for others as well. She was a
genuinely good-hearted lady who welcomed everyone into her heart and home with open arms. Truly, she was an angel on earth who left
an indelible impression on everyone who knew and loved her.

On June 27, 2024, Gwendolyn Diane transitioned from this earthly life to eternal peace and rest. In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by three siblings, Nathan Morris, Richard Morris, and Arthur Morris.
Loving memories will forever remain in the hearts of her beloved children, Yastacy Morris (Travis Bell) and Darius (Shakeia) Brown; her precious grandchildren, Rylan, Darion, Mason, and Dai'Jah; siblings, Charles (Shanna) Morris, Willie (Jan) Morris, Melanie Hunt, Ginger (Robert) Clay, and Centia Carter; two very special friends, Debra Gulley and Kenneth Butler; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
