IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Harmony Grace
Overstreet
March 31, 2018 – April 9, 2025
On March 31, 2018 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia, a hero was born. One of 4 children, Harmony Grace Overstreet burst on the canvas of time, radiating the lives of her parents, Jamel and Brittney Overstreet. Harmony Grace was only seven years old, but in her short time here, she shined with a light far beyond her years. Her presence was radiant—full of joy, warmth, and a quiet wisdom that touched the hearts of everyone she met.
Harmony's personality was a beautiful blend of strength, discernment, and unconditional love. Even at such a young age, she carried herself with a grace that made others feel seen, cherished, and deeply loved. Her love for her family was unwavering, and the love she gave was pure, powerful, and unforgettable.
There's no doubt—Harmony was an angel sent by God. Her life was a divine message, drawing us closer to His heart and gently leading us into the harmony of His grace. Her name was not just a name—it was a calling, a purpose, a gift. And though her time with us was brief, she fulfilled that purpose with extraordinary beauty.
Jimmy Dean said, "I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination." On April 9, 2025, Harmony adjusted to the winds that ushered her to her eternal home. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Gussie L. Smith, Sarah Davis, Betty Jean Clark, C. W. Fason, Alfreda Burnette, and C. B. Burnette; and one uncle, Bryan Overstreet.
We will forever carry her light in our hearts. She leaves to cherish her memories with her devoted parents Jamel and Brittney Overstreet of Leesburg, Georgia; three loving brothers, Jamel Overstreet II, Ezra Overstreet, and Caleb Overstreet all of Leesburg, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Johnnie and Louann Overstreet of Texarkana, Texas; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Debra Burnette of McRae, Georgia;
two aunts, Precious Burnette of Fort Valley, Georgia and Alexis Overstreet of Texarkana, Texas; a beloved cousin, Abrayla Overstreet of Waycross, Georgia; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts
