Jacqueline Regina Toomer was born in Albany, Georgia on July 20, 1962, to the late Willie Bo and Trudie Bee Wright..

She attended the public schools of Dougherty County and participated in various school functions and activities.

At an early age, Jacqueline accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.  She was a faithful member of the New Testament Baptist Church for numerous years.  She later united with the New Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Jacqueline held fast to her belief that work is honorable.  Through the years, she taught her children the value of hard work as she labored tirelessly as an Environmental Specialist at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital where she retired after years of dedicated service.

Devoted mother, caring sister, nurturing aunt, reliable cousin, and loyal friend, Jacqueline was a very kind and gentle-hearted person who loved all and enjoyed the basics of life.  She truly treasured the time spent with her family and friends.

On Thursday, August 10, 2017, she answered her final call and quietly entered into eternal rest.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nellie Wright.

Fond memories will forever be cherished by her children, Chermon (McKever Sr.) Lewis, Jermaine Monson, and Tremaine (Saraia) Monson all of Albany, Georgia; her former husband and long time friend, Jimmy Lee Monson of Madison, FL; three stepchildren, Tamara Thomas, LaShonda Singleton, and Octavious Singleton; three siblings, Nellie (Eddie) Parks and Ella Jones of Jacksonville, FL, and Willie Wright, Jr.; one aunt, Mamie Bennett; two special childhood friends, Bessie Sims and Linda Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
