Birth is the miracle and life is the gift. From eternity, time was gifted the life of Jennifer Marie Gordon born on May 18, 1988 in Albany, GA. She was the beloved daughter of Marilyn Gordon and Clemmie Thomas. Her journey through life was marked by stupendous style, grace, love and support for her family and friends.

Jennifer was educated in the Dougherty County School System. She was a proud graduate of Dougherty Comprehensive High School Class of 2006 and later matriculated at Albany State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2014. "Jen," 37 of Snellville, GA held other positions in the Criminal Justice field but was employed with the Georgia Law Department Division 3 as a Paralegal.

Jennifer confessed Christ at an early age and joined New Birth Fellowship Church in Albany, GA. As an adult, she became a member of The dReam Center Church in Atlanta, GA. under the leadership of Bishop William Murphy.

Anyone who met Jennifer remembers her vibrant smile, contagious laughter and ability to make a stranger feel as if they have known her their whole life. For those that knew her understood the unimaginable love and zeal she had for her family. Jennifer and her "Bruh" (Tim) had a love for each other that was unmatched. She had a pure soul of happiness and love. She was a loving, charismatic, kindhearted individual that
brightened up any room she entered. She was always making plans and speaking of the life lessons learned by her grandmother, Mercedes. She was loved by many, and memories will forever remain.

In 2019, Jennifer met the love of her life, her soulmate Tara "Bean" Marion and married in November 2020. They loved to have fun, whether it was hosting fun times with family and friends, planning events, having her wife do a DIY project around the house or shopping at Homegoods. Her enjoyment was filled with making others smile and watching their fur baby "Author," grow.

Jennifer Marion peacefully entered eternal rest on June 4, 2025. Frank Herbert said, "There is no real ending. It's just the place where you stop the story." Though Jen's story stopped in time, her memory lives on forever. She was preceded in death by her late grandparents Robert Gordon, James Griffin, Sr. & Mercedes Griffin; Clem & Josephine Thomas; aunt Carolyn Gordon Chives.

Those left to celebrate her life and cherish her memories are devoted wife Tara Marion, parents: Marilyn Gordon and Clemmie Thomas, brothers: Timothy (Carrie) Gordon, Greg Heard, Michael (Nita) Thomas, Jerod Thomas, Vincent Thomas; sister: Kimberly Dillard; mother-in-law Paula Marion, father-in law, Feland Marion; sister-in-law Shaina Marion, brother-in-law: Sir Johnathan (Leslie) Marion, aunts: Wendy (Curtis) Porter, Pamela (Sheron) Barlow, Annie Mae Heard, Dorothy Hunt, Mary (Clifford) Hall; uncles: Chuckie Gordon, Carter (Monique) Gordon, Cedric (Tracey) Gordon; niece McKenna Marion; nephews; Austin Fennel and Max Marion. Jennifer was blessed to be survived by a host of family and friends that are too numerous to name, but never to be forgotten.
