Jonathan Keith Walker , Sr. was born May 11, 1967, in Albany, Georgia to Jimmie Walker & Annie McCray Thornwell. At an early age, he joined the Mount Zion Baptist Church under the late Dr. E. James Grant. Later in life he united with Cherry Hill Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. John Williams where was still currently an active member.

Jonathan graduated from Monroe High School in 1985 and continued his education at Voorhees University in Demark, SC under a baseball
scholarship.

He was a devoted uncle to all his nieces and nephews. He loved refereeing football, basketball, and baseball games and he was a huge "Georgia
Bulldogs" Fan. Most important to him was spending time with family & friends. He had a sense of humor and a smile that lit up any room so
infections that it would cause you to laugh with him.

On Sunday, September 11, 2022, Jonathan "KeKe" Walker made his transition to the arms of his waiting Savior, Jesus Christ. He leaves to cherish
his memory, his father, Jimmie Walker; mother, Annie Thornwell; both grandmothers preceded him in death Eva Perry and Annie Mae Burnett; Godfather, Orlando Marshall; God-mother, Kathleen Marshall (Baby Nana) and God- brother, Bertrail Marshall.

He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Yasmine Walker, one son, Jonathan Walker, Jr.; two grandchildren, Haikeem Zamond Harris, Jr. and Shajayla Walker. One brother, Cedric Walker (Sharon); four sisters, Tami Sublett (Anthony), Evangeline Washington, Yolanda Williams, Esoterica Thornwell; God-child, Zoey Jackson; three aunts, Willie Bell Railey, Mary Stewart, Patricia Heard; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dedicated, Devoted, Loving and Caring God-sister, Bertha Richey (Howard), 2 devoted nieces, LaKathy Baker (Ronnie), Raushanah Richey and a devoted God-brother Anthony Marshall (Jerry).
