Justin was a loving son, devoted brother and friend to many. His infectious laugh and smile would light up any space. He was known for
telling jokes and finding ways to make the people around him smile. There was no such thing as "stranger danger" when in his presence.

He was a friend to all, always willing to lend a hand or share a story. Story telling is at the heart of our culture and family and Justin did it well.

Justin exhaled one last time on Wednesday March 5, 2025. Justin is remembered by a loving father Morris Mobley of Albany, Ga 5 brothers Everette Miller, Morris Moore, Laquinton Moore, Leondre Moore, Jamal Mobley, and 3 sisters, Lavisha Moore, Shacorra Mobley, and Marjorie Moore also nieces and nephews. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.
