IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Keisha
Albritten
April 30, 1987 – September 7, 2020
Keisha Albritten was born April 30, 1987, in Albany, Georgia. She was the beloved daughter of the late Mary Yvonne Albritten.
She received her formal education in the public schools of Dougherty County, including West Town Elementary, Southside Middle School, and Monroe Comprehensive High School. Throughout her school years, she was active in numerous student organizations and activities.
During childhood, Keisha accepted Christ as Savior and united with New Jerusalem Pentecostal Church. As she continued her Christian walk, she united with Christ Harvest Tabernacle. Throughout life's journey, she remained steadfast in her walk.
"Tweety/Tootsie," as she was fondly called, was a kind young lady with an endless reservoir of love for friends and family—especially her son, Jamarius. She had a spirit of sunshine, humor, and laughter that could be felt by everyone around her. Keisha was outgoing, caring, and her one-of-a-kind personality attracted a wide circle of people who became the recipients of a long, loving, and lasting friendship. She was the kind of person that anyone would be proud to call daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, or friend.
Spending quality time with family was an integral part of Keisha's life and she enjoyed engaging them in endless hours of conversation. She had fondness for traveling and truly enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. We all were blessed to have been a part of her life—her enthusiasm and exuberance were both contagious and memorable.
On September 7, 2020, Keisha transitioned to her heavenly home. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Yvosky Albritten.
Loving memories will forever be cherished by her earthly mother, Annie McGee; her son, Jamarius Albritten; five siblings, Terri Albritten, Senique (William) Miller, Ugaunda (Ajamu) Simpson, Nicolious (Benita) McGee, and Tshombie (Lila) McGee; four aunts, Aljean Nixon, Sheila Nixon-Harris, Beverly Nixon-Hunt, and Jessica Lynn Nixon; two very special cousins, Uchaundala Miller and Najee Green; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
