Lashawn Coe was born in Albany, Georgia on July 8, 1965. She was the beloved daughter of Mary Coe Conley and the late Bobby Coe.
She attended the public schools of Dougherty County and participated in numerous school activities and events. At a very early age, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.
Lashawn was a meticulous homemaker and mother who always put the needs and comfort of her family first. Oftentimes, her love and support extended beyond her children to include other members of her family, including siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Throughout life, Lashawn was very kindhearted and helpful, and you could always count on her to greet you with a warm smile and a hug. She was a very unique individual who greatly impacted her surroundings, was full of energy, had a great sense of humor, and was loving and compassionate. She was a "mother figure" to many and willingly opened her home and heart to anyone in need. Spending time with her family and friends was one of her greatest joys. In her leisure time, she enjoyed listening to music and dancing.
On Friday, April 27, 2018, Lashawn quietly transitioned to her eternal home.
She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish fond memories her mother, Mary Coe (Jimmy B.) Conley; children, Rashard Coe, Matthew Coe, Courtney Coe, Dashawn Coe, and Shenese Coe; siblings, Bobby Coe, Hosea Williams, George Williams, James Williams, and Pearlie Coe; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
