Linda Kegler-Lincoln, daughter of the late Mrs. Melvin Kaelyer, was born in Albany, Georgia on May 30, 1973.

She began her early childhood education in the Dougherty County School System. After relocating to Spingfield, Massachusetts with her family at the age of 6, she attended the Springfield District public schools and graduated from Commerce High School.

Linda was a considerate, attentive young lady with a yearning to be of service and help others.  For numerous years, she was employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) with Starvos Home Healthcare.  Throughout her career, she was very conscientious in serving her patients with dignity, respect, and true compassion.  She had a natural gift for serving and making a difference in the lives of many people.

A very outgoing and jovial individual, Linda had a big heart and a welcoming spirit.  Although most outspoken, straight-forward, and unpretentious, she believed deeply in unconditional love and stood ready to help anyone in need—always with a smile and never asking anything in return.  Her friendliness and kindness to all people are lasting tributes to her heart and soul.  Even in the midst of health challenges she always remained upbeat and positive.

On January 2, 2023, Linda transitioned from this earthly life to eternal peace and rest.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Melvin Kaelyer.

Loving memories will forever be cherished by her siblings, Janice (Dwayne) Kegler of Albany, GA and Willie James Kegler of Springfield, MA; nephew and nieces, Mekhi Farrell and Presia Kegler of Springfield, MA, and Takeria Ellis and Autumn Monroe both of Albany, GA; stepfather, Alieg Lee Ford; stepsister, Tarina Godfrey of Atlanta, GA; and a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.
