Litetia V. Knighton was born on April 3, 1978 in Albany, GA to the late Frankie Knighton in Albany, GA.

In her early years, she was educated in the Dougherty County School System and was an honor student. She graduated from Monroe Comprehensive High school class of 1996 and was a member of the VICA Club, Chorus and JROTC. She earned a computer science degree at Albany Technical College. Then she attended Darton College; she graduated as a Registered Nurse from Albany State in 2021. She ended her journey as a RN at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Litetia, very early in life, was taught the Word of God and the importance of living a life of strong character and loving kindness. She confessed Christ as her Lord and Saviour and united with Albany First Deliverance Cathedral. As she continued her walk with the Lord, she served faithfully and answered the call to be an ordained minister. She loved to sing and touch souls.

She was a loving sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She had a strong love for being an entrepreneur and studying genealogy.

On July 31, 2022, Almighty God called Litetia from labor to reward.

Memories of her love and gentle spirit will forever be cherished by her sisters; Shameka Knighton and Ishonica Waymon (Casper), nieces; Jada Knighton, Hannah Dowdell, Jordyn Bishop, nephews; Rondreveon Knighton, Jaden Knighton, aunt, Beverly Williams, uncles; Gene Knighton, Milton Knighton, Joseph Knighton and host of cousins, family and friends.
