Malcom Bernard Offord, III was born in Albany, Georgia on May 5, 1995.  He was the son of Tameika Powell and Tony Powell.

He received his formal education in the Dougherty County School System where he participated in numerous schools functions and activities.

Malcom was a very conscientious individual who embraced varied        opportunities and the chance to experience life with open arms.  He was an exceptionally talented and artistic individual whose skills were put to task through his employment as a Tattoo Artist and a Barber.  Over the years, he took great pride in his work and a job well done.

Loving son, terrific brother, devoted fiancé, proud father, great cousin, wonderful uncle, trusted nephew, and compassionate friend; Malcom took special interest in events that brought family an friends together in love and harmony.  In his last days on earth, his faith increased and he spent countless hours talking to friends and family about God.

On Thursday, April 18, 2019, Malcom answered the Master's call to eternal rest.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Minnie Jewel Faison and Leroy Walker.

Sabrina Odom; stepchildren, Summer Mincey, Isabella Mincey, Gabriella Mincey, Juan Ernesto, Jr., and Prince Odom; siblings, Tuoneque Faison, Breauna Offord, B reshuna Faison, Jashuna Jones, Sha'Quannis Faison, Tony Powell, Jr., Tony Eugene Powell, Tiara Powell, and Taylor Rollins; aunts and uncles, Shirley (Chris) Boston, Tomeka Powell, Leroy Walker, Patricia Patterson, Lashunda Powell, Tamicko (Juan) Schmitz, Tamara Faison, Tonya (Jeffrey) Salter, Samanthia Connor, Emma Bullard, and Renee Mack; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
