Mandy Mae "Pat" Ingram was born in Fort Gaines, Georgia on April 12, 1931, to the late Solomon and Laura Lou Montgomery. She gave her life to Christ at an early age and was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Gaines, Georgia. She was educated in the Clay County School System, including Speight High School.
Mandy Mae was married to the late J.B. Ingram, who preceded her in death. To this union, eight children were born. Four children preceded her in death: Mary Ann Copeland, Lester B. Ingram, John Henry Ingram, and Charles Lee Ingram.
After marriage, she joined the Enon Missionary Baptist Church in Coleman, Georgia, where she served faithfully in many capacities to include the Usher & Deaconess Board, Conference Delegate, and Chattahoochee Women Conferences Dietary/Planner. She was also a Sunday School Teacher and served as a role model for others seeking to know Christ.
She leaves to mourn five devoted children: Minister Elizabeth Ingram Lovett, J. T. Ingram (Janice), Johnny Boyd Ingram (Shirley), Bobby Lewis Ingram all of Albany, Georgia, and Bobby Lee Ingram of Cairo, Georgia; one brother, Samuel Montgomery of Cocoa Beach, Florida; a myriad of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and a multitude of family members
