Martha Ann Price Huewitt, daughter of the late Johnny Price, Sr. and Gracie Price, was born in Albany, Georgia on June 15, 1962.

She received her early childhood and secondary education in the Dougherty County School System.  Throughout school, she demonstrated  remarkable potential and was actively involved in various student activities and events.

At an early age, Martha accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.  Her love for the Lord and his Word remained constant throughout life's journey.

Family was paramount to Martha and nothing was more important than the care and wellbeing of her son, Brayon—he was indeed the apple of her eye.  She was a meticulous homemaker and conscientious worker who wanted everything to be just right—always giving her best, no matter what the task.

Never one to meet a stranger, Martha could strike up a conversation with anyone  Those who met her once easily gained a generous friend and an ally for life.  She was known for her  kind-heartedness, bright welcoming smile, and constant positive attitude that she shared with all around her.

Martha went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Laura Griffin, Hattie Tatum, Aaron Price, Sr., and Lucious Price; and a very special nephew, Vincent Price

Loving memories will forever be cherished by her beloved son, Brayon Jamal Price; special friend and companion, Raymond Parker; stepdaughter, Jackie McNair; siblings, Johnny (Emma) Price, Jr., Joe (Deborah) Price, Willie Price, Dolish Price, Willie Henderson, Carrie Price, Jewel Lakes, Betty Price, and Kathy Kegler; special niece and nephews, Marquette Clayton, Demetric Price, Sr., Francisco Napoles, and Frederico Kennedy; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
