Mary Lee Johnson Facen, daughter of Mary Lee (Lamar) Johnson and William Thomas Johnson, Sr., was born in Albany, Georgia on April 23, 1950.  She entered the final season of her life on September 16, 2019.

She attended Monroe High School and was very enthusiastic about life.  At times, she was the life of the party when with family and friends.  Mary was a one of a kind daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend.  However, when she needed "me-time", she spent it with her beloved flowers.

On Monday, September 16, 2019, her earthly journey ended and she transitioned to her eternal home.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Johnson and four siblings, Mary Wallace, Saddie Jones, Eddie Johnson, and Virginia Longstreet.

Those left to mourn and celebrate her life are her daughters and sons, Antranette Bell (Theodore Bell), Willie C. Facen, Jr. (Elizabeth), Subrenia Brown (Raynard Grier) Rickey Hicks (Carolyn Johnson); brothers, Sammie L. Jones (Wylene), William T. Johnson (Sharon), Thomas Johnson, Robert Johnson; sister (Sarah Johnson); God daughters, Vicky Norris (Tillman Simmons), Esther Harris, Deloris Simmons (Thomas), Diane Gillan; God son, Teo Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
