IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Netra Ann
Robinson
July 29, 1964 – March 22, 2025
The season of life for Netra Ann Robinson began on July 29, 1964, in Albany, Georgia. She was the cherished daughter of the late Promas and Bessie Nichols.
She received her early childhood and secondary education in the Dougherty County School System. From a very young age, Netra displayed an inquisitive mind that never ceased questioning, a twinkle in her eyes that was a ray of sunshine to all in her midst, and a deep yearning to be of service to others.
As she sprouted and grew, values of faith, integrity and loving kindness were instilled in her. She embraced these principles throughout her life, remaining grounded and humble in all circumstances.
Having been totally captivated by Ronald Crews, a budding romance ensued that resulted in a life-long love and partnership. Together, Netra and Ronald embarked on a journey of mutual respect and commitment—a bond that was unshakeable. Through the years, she was a pillar of strength and support for her beloved companion and their children, always encouraging and supporting them in their endeavors.
Netra lived a life full of love, kindness, and devotion. She was deeply committed to her family and friends; always extending warmth, support, and compassion to those in need. To have known her was to have experienced true love and generosity.
On March 22, 2025, Netra peacefully transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest. In addition to her parents and her life-long companion, she was preceded in death by her two aunts, Mable Sweet and Ruby Green; and her dearest friend, Debbie Harris.
