Randall Seay was born in Albany, Georgia on April 15, 1966. He was the son of William H. Seay and Nadine Dunnaway Seay Johnson.
He was educated in the Dougherty County School System, graduating from Westover High School in 1984.
At an early age, Randall accepted Christ as his personal Savior. In later years, he united with the Union Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor J. A. Severson.
Believing strongly in loyalty and commitment to his country, Randall proudly served in the United States Navy and the Reserve. He was a soldier to the core and the discipline and patriotism he learned in the Navy never left him, as friends and family will attest. At the close of his tour of duty, he was honorably discharged and, thereafter, transitioned to a self-employment career in the concrete and construction industries. He was an extremely driven professional with an unmatched work ethic.
Randall was a very intelligent, kind, and gentle soul who always put family first. He was an incredible son, brother, uncle, cousin, and most importantly—father. He loved his family dearly and would do anything in his power to help them. Randall laughed often, loved unconditionally, and embraced life with open arms. Cooking was an integral part of his life. He found great solace in preparing delectable delights for his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all the lives he has touched.
On Thursday, July 12, 2018, our beloved Randall was called home to be with the Lord. We praise God for the wonderful years that we shared with him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings, Gloria Dunnaway Sibley, Willie D. Seay and Patrick Seay.
