Obituary

Mr. Samuel Ealey Jr. (Buddy Boy), son of Samuel Ealey and Mary Evans was born in Albany, Georgia on January 14, 1939.

He attended the public schools of Dougherty County including Monroe High School. Upon graduation he enlisted into the United States Army where he served his country during the Vietnam War Era.

Samuel Ealey Jr. was united in holy matrimony to Freddye Mae Davis, January 3, 1959. During his beloved wife's terminal illness, he was a solid Rock of love, comfort and support as he prayed fervently for her healing. He was a devoted father with a big heart of love that over-flowed unconditionally to his children grandchildren, his siblings, family members and friends. He taught his family to love and support each other and to always love Jesus Christ. He was Love.

He worked several occupations over his lifetime to provide for his family. He retired after 21 years of performance at the Flint River Textiles where he labored as a Machinist.

He professed his faith and belief in Christ and served as a Minister at Heaven Sent Full Gospel Church, Albany, GA, where Pastor Curtis Davis presides. As a Man of God, he let his light shine as he served as a True Disciple whom believed, proclaimed and had an everlasting Love for Jesus Christ.
