A Time to Be Born: Shandora Coleman was born September 25, 1967, in  Jacksonville, Florida.  She was the She was the first of eight children in the union of the late Pastor Willie Coleman and Rosetta Coleman.

A Time to Learn: She was educated in the public schools of Dougherty   County, including Westover High School.  While at Westover, Shandora was an extremely enthusiastic Patriot and actively participated in various student organizations and activities.  She later completed coursework to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

A Time of Salvation: From a very young age, Shandora was nurtured in the word of God.  In later years , she heeded the call of Christ and became a faithful servant of the Lord under the guidance of Bishop Norman Pierce.

A Time to Love: Shandora had an endless reservoir of love for her family and friends.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and godmother; a committed sister and aunt; a loving niece and cousin; and an endearing and loyal friend.  Paramount in her life was her dear friend, Kenneth Ball;  her two best friends, Tabatha Noird and Tamara White; and Ms. Rosa Williams who was like a "second mother" to her.

A Time to Work: God's love for all mankind was manifested through Shondra's work as a CNA.  She had a servant's heart and felt most comfortable when taking care of others.  Her quiet, compassionate, and calming presence was oftentimes all that was needed to uplift a patient, family member, or a friend.

A Time to Embrace: "Shannie Dee," as she was affectionately called, embraced life with open arms.  She had a kind heart, a very generous spirit, and her home was a safe-haven for many who walked through her doors.  You couldn't know her without being inspired by her love and devotion to her family, friends, and community.

A Time to Rest :  On August 24, 2020, Shandora transitioned to eternal rest and peace.  She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of being a part of her life.

A Time to Cherish: Fond memories will forever be cherished by her biological children, Deadria  Coleman (Quinton), Deronta Coleman, and Majormique Coleman-Nix; adopted children, Sonya Nelson, Michael (Alexandria) Harris, and Gregory Austin all of Albany, GA; goddaughter, Trana Wallace of Albany, GA' siblings, Demetrius (Wanda) Coleman of Albany, GA, Darrell (Courtney) Terrell of Jacksonville, FL, Jacqueline (Lamar) Holley and Stephanie (Rod) Coleman both of Albany, GA, Sonya (Joe) Davis of Gadsden, AL, and Yolanda (Reginald) Dixon of Tallahassee, FL; ten grandchildren; and a host of aunts,  uncles, nephews, cousins, and friends.
