Starlett Ann Jones was born September 9, 1957, in Albany, Georgia.  She was the first of four children in the union of Talton Bradford and Annie Bradford Frazier.

She received her formal education in the Dougherty County School System, graduating from Westover High School in 1975. A very perceptive young lady with a zeal for learning, Starlett continued her education at Darton College where she received a degree in Nursing.

Starlett was a very caring individual who life was filled with service to others.  She worked in numerous roles at various hospitals in the Atlanta, Georgia area and was very conscientious in serving her patients with dignity, respect, and true compassion.  She had a natural gift for serving, making a difference, and impacting the lives of many people.  In addition to her career, she enjoyed reading, drawing, and cooking.

A strong woman of courage and faith, Starlett was introduced to Jehovah's Witnesses while residing in Atlanta. Due to a serious accident, Starlett relocated to Albany in 2015 and resumed her study and meeting attendance until COVID-19 and other existing illnesses prevented her from doing so.

Starlett was preceded in death by her father, Talton Bradford; a brother, Talton Bradford, Jr., and her niece, Leavetta D. Jackson.

Her love and memory will be forever cherished by her mother, Annie Bradford Frazier; two siblings, Pamerly R. (Claude) English and Ricardo Bradford; nephews, Leon Douglas and Eric Douglas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
