Takeem Maurice Brown known as "Loc" was born November 22, 1995 to the late Shundra M. Brown and Ellery Cooper.

Takeem attended school in the Dougherty County School System.  Takeem had the biggest heart for people, that followed with a million-dollar smile.  As a result of his generous spirit and cool laid-back personality, it caused "Loc" to be loved by so many.  Takeem A.K.A. "Loc" will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him.  Takeem's life was taken away on July 15, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Shaundra M. Brown; great grandmother, Daisy Mae Singleton, and grandmother, Joann Cooper.

His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his only child, Takeem Maurice Allen; his father, Ellery Cooper of Albany, Georgia; grandmother, Delorise Hall (Render) of Albany, Georgia; grandfather, Bobby Brown of Valdosta, Georgia; grandfather, Mike Cooper of Albany, Georgia; siblings Terrica Parks-Moore (Johnny); Tandia Brown, Tykeria Brown, Tricardo Brown, Trenzel Brown, Trenzel Hicks, Kevion Cherry, Ellery Simmons, Tiyana Cooper, Ethian Cooper, Elayzia Cooper, Serenity Cooper, and Kayden Thomas of Albany, Georgia; aunts, Stephanie Hall-Carter (Travoske), Latasha Cooper; uncles, Stephen Hall, Bobby Brown, Cary Cooper of Albany, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
