Tarlton Lukel Wright was born in Albany, Georgia on February 23, 1967. He was the son of the late Florence
Wright and Starling Dawson. A Time to Learn: He received his formal education in the Dougherty County School System and the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center in Greenville, Kentucky.

Tarlton was a devoted father whose children and grandchildren were at the center of his life; and he showered them with unconditional love. He believed strongly in family ties, gave of himselffreely, and took special interest in events that brought family and friends together in love and harmony.

"T Wright," as he was affectionately called, embraced life with open arms and intense energy. His warm smile and engaging personality readily captured the attention of everyone around him. The strong bonds of friendship that he developed over the years will long be remembered.

On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Tarlton transitioned from this life's earthly season. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Beverly Cross and Vontoe Wright.

and Orenthial Ward all of Albany, GA; his grandchildren, Rico, Ri'Shiya, Na'Ryiah, Demerius, Scarlet, Karlie, Cash, Maliah, Marie, Amiyah, Million, Memphitz, Michael, Maison, Major, Myles, and Anastasia all of Albany, GA; siblings, Latarsha Gresham and Wanda (Gregory) Greene of Albany, GA, and Wontiesha (Chris) Stephens of Stockbridge, GA; and a host of aunts, unless, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
