IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Taryll
Barber
January 30, 1980 – July 27, 2025
Taryll Ray Sertrez Barber was born in Albany, Georgia on January 30, 1980. He was the beloved son of Georgia M. Cuttley and the late Clinton Cuttley, Jr.
He attended the public schools of Dougherty County and later received his GED.
After a wide-range of diverse jobs, Taryll found his calling as a delivery driver with Medi-Save Pharmacy. He found deep satisfaction in the services he provided and worked diligently to ensure that all deliveries were timely and accurate.
Affectionately called Terry and T-Rolla by family and friends, Taryll was best known for being kind-hearted and fun loving. He lived to spend time with his family and friends and he made the most of each phase of his life; living each moment to its fullest. Quite possibly, he was the best father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend anyone could ever hope for. Taryll enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, and grilling; and he was always available to anyone in need.
On July 27, 2025, Taryll transitioned from this earthly life at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by Robert Barber, Annie Barber, Clemon Cutliff, Doris Ingram, Katheryn Miller, Bessie Thomas, Robert Barber, Jr., Geraldine Fletcher, Michael Thomas, Kenneth Ingram, Eric Ingram, Rufus Ingram, Melvin Ingram, Mary Alice Oliver, Roosevelt Mims, and Cora Mims.
Cherished memories will forever remain with his children, Teriyanna Barber, Janeisia Davis, Skylar Daniel, and Ta'riyah Barber; his loving mother, Georgia M. Cuttley; siblings, Dorothy Gale Cuttley, Corey Tyson (Stephanie), and Anya Barber-Hardeman (Canice); nieces and nephews, Ricardo Jones, KJ Thomas, Shawnteairra, and Takoria; great niece and nephew, Madison and Dedrick; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
No more troubles of the world, no more suffering and pain, no more sorrow, going home to glory. God called his name and he answered. He let him know that he had to go. When his light began to dim and the path that he walked began to end, God's angels came and said...come on in.
