IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Teresa
Williams
June 11, 1963 – May 22, 2019
The journey of life for Teresa Williams began in Albany, Georgia on June 11, 1963. She was the beloved daughter of the late Jewel Proctor and Charlie Proctor.
She received her formal education in the public schools of Dougherty County.
Upon the profession of her belief and faith in the Lord in 2014, Teresa united with the Church of the Living Word under the leadership of Pastor Mary A. Whitley. She was a dedicated member and served faithfully until her demise.
Teresa had a deep sense of family loyalty and was steadfast in her commitment to foster a home filled with love and joy. She had an endless reservoir of love for her family and friends—especially her children, Laquana, Marque, Myesha, and Donquerious. Teresa was a deeply caring and compassionate person whose life was filled with gratitude. Even in the midst of health challenges and adversities, she was always grateful for every good thing that came her way as she greeted each day with a smile. Spending time with family, cooking, and watching action movies were among the joys of her life.
On May 22, 2019, Teresa departed this earthly life for everlasting peace with her creator. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jewel T. Williams; and her brother, Steve Proctor.
Loving memories will forever be cherished by her children, Laquana "Sha" Bell, Marque Williams, Myesha (Joseph) Wilson, and Donquerious Brown; step-parents, Jessie Rollins, and Mary Proctor; siblings, Doretha Proctor, Patricia Sessions-Smith, Jennifer (Sidney) Curtis, Jesse Proctor, Trerone Proctor, and Travis Proctor; aunts, Sarah Murry, Betty Rowe, and Florence Williams; grandchildren, Jacory, Jy'Quay, LaCoriana, Jamori, Sky, Jayden, Heaven, and Malik; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
