WHEN HE WAS BORN: The foundation was laid.
HOW HE LIVED:
Determined the strength of his steadfast compassion and an unmovable serviceman.
WHY HE DIED
: The last assignment was completed; the chief gave his approval; and the tenant, Terry Pittmon, received the deed on April 14, 2022. Terry retired from his labor and moved to a better home.
Terry Pittmon was the son of the late Simon and Johnnie Carol Pittmon, was born in Blakely, Georgia on April 12, 1954. He was reared in Albany-Dougherty County, Georgia where he resided until his demise.
He received his formal education in the Dougherty County School System and was active in numerous school functions. His quest
for knowledge was unending as he diligently sought to hone military duties and tasks.
Terry's ambition, drive, and zeal helped launched his career in the United States Airforce. He was an extremely accomplished airman and prided himself in a "Job Well Done."
He leaves a legacy of love, patience, kindness, and endurance to be cherished by his children, Kimberly Jones Daniels (Anthony) and Shelton Jones; grandchildren, Sheldranah Jones, Thaira Edgar, Kiara Jones, and Jalon Daniels; seven brothers, Jerome Williams (Tammy), Jon Pittmon (Deceased), Ralph Pittmon (Cynthia), Gregory Pittmon (Arletha), William Pittmon (Jennifer), Dante Pittmon, and Cedric Pittmon; four sisters, Rhonda Sisroe (Curtis), Lana Salter who was also his caregiver, Shurita Smith (Eddie), Shaunta Jordan (Marcus); a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and a very special aunt, Eulatis Pittmon.
