Theodis Albriten, Jr. was born in Dawson, Georgia on April 3, 1956. He was the son of the late Bernice Porter Albritten and Theodis Albritten, Sr.

During the early years of his life, he was educated in the Terrell County School System and was active in numerous school organizations.

At a very early age, he accepted Christ and united with the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Herod, Georgia. He was a faithful servant for many years.

Theodis was a very conscientious worker who gave his very best at everything he did. For numerous years, he was employed as a chef with Western Sizzling Steakhouse where he labored untiringly and took great pride in his work and a "job well done."

Loving brother, awesome uncle, caring cousin, and the best friend anyone could hope for, Theodis was a good natured individual with a big heart and a pleasure to be around. He believed deeply in unconditional love, enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, treasured spending time with family and friends, and delighted in helping others. His sense of humor, laughter, love of life, and friendship will always be remembered.

On March 7, 2020, Theodis departed this earthly life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lamar Albritten and Lawrence Albritten.

He leaves precious memories that will be cherished by his siblings, Herbert Denson and Bobby (Patsy) Albritten of Atlanta, GA, Josephus Albritten and Marion Albritten of Dawson, GA, David (Kathi) Albritten of California, and Daniel (Melissa) Albritten, Myron Albritten, Laura Albritten, and Juanita Albritten all of Albany, GA; two aunts, Gillis Albritten of Albany, GA and Juanita Epps of West Palm Beach, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
