Willie Jay Butler was born on November 17, 1974 to Clorane H. Butler and the late Willie F. Butler. During his time here on Earth, Willie, affectionately known as "Bay" touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.

His life was a gift that will continually live in our hearts. His hobbies included driving, eating, and watching movies. According to Bay, his gold Honda Accord was his favorite car and he loved living by himself. He loved wearing sunglasses and listening to "New Flame" featuring one of his favorite artist, Rick Ross. Willie's other favorite artist included Drake, 112, Biggie Small, and Tupac.

Willie was truly a true friend and would give you the shirt off of his back. He has a host of god-children who called him, "Uncle Bay". He was a silent-warrior, with a big path.

Willie was proceeded in death by his father, Willie F. Butler.

Willie leaves to cherish his memories, a loving mother Mrs. Clorane H. Butler of Atlanta, GA. Two brothers: Corwin (Mary) "ShortMan" Butler, Kenneth B. Butler of Albany, GA. One sister: Vanessa (Jason) Butler Turner of Queens, New York. He also leaves behind a special friend, Dorcas Hardwick of Albany, GA, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
