On January 5, 2018, Conniessia L. Morton and Eric L. Binn, Jr. were blessed with a precious baby boy, Zeric Lanell J'Shon Morton.

His brief time here on earth helped remind us that life is precious and should be celebrated. Zeric was deeply loved by everyone around him and his gentle spirit will forever be in our hearts.

Heaven's gain was our loss when Zeric was called home to be with the Lord on June 21, 2018. Although our hearts are saddened, we rejoice in knowing that "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." {II Corinthians 5}

Left to cherish his short but memorable life are his parents, Conniessia L. Morton and Eric L. Binn, Jr.; sister, Zaniyah A-E. Morton; grandparents, Shun (Rod) Baker and Angela D. Johnson; aunts, A'Lexus Lawrence, Connedra Morton, Kelly Conley; uncles, Tanarus Weston and Ronald Conley; cousins, Jadyn A. Morton, Caliyah M. Gilyard and Donovan S. Gilyard; and close supporters of the family, Courtney Craig and Japonica Collins.
